Ram Dass is an author, lecturer, and spiritual teacher. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from Stanford University, and served on the faculties of Stanford, Harvard, & University of California, before traveling to India, where he met his guru, Neem Karoli Baba. Ram Dass' best-selling book, Be Here Now, was the introduction to Eastern Wisdom for a generation of spiritual seekers.
The Ram Dass Tape Library, a non-profit foundation, is dedicated to archiving and sharing the teachings of Ram Dass and other spiritual teachers.
